2011 Toyota RAV4 with reverse gear problem

This is a 2011 rav4 firstbody... It has been parked down for a year the reverse gear is delaying but all other gear selection is fine, the engine needs normal servicing but works perfectly, the ac is working but needs gas top up, tyres and legs needs to changed or worked on, interiors are dirty and needs to washed, other minor this and that needs to done... Going for 1.850m , location: Ajah
