Wheelchair van

Hello I'm sif holst , I have cerebral palsy and partially deaf. My family recently got me a new van and wheel chair and I'm grateful for that and I want to return the good to other people with disability that's why I want to donate the old van and wheel chair to any reputable organization for person's with disability. Please any suggestions
